At Autism Support Designs, we are a small business and currently do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Each item is carefully made and packaged with attention to quality and detail.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order — including damaged, defective, or incorrect items — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the problem and work toward a solution.
