Processing Times


All orders are carefully made, packed, and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. During product launches, holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding as each order is prepared with care.


Shipping Information


Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS and/or UPS, depending on the package size and destination.


Please note that shipping times provided by carriers are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays that are outside of our control.


Shipping Rates


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.


Incorrect Addresses


Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Autism Support Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before the order ships.


Lost or Delayed Packages


Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Autism Support Designs is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. However, if you experience a problem with delivery, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in locating your package when possible.


International Orders

At this time, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
